At F.A.O. Jewelers, anything is possible. If you would like a piece custom made exactly to your wishes, we can do it.

It is not unusual for clients to show us their ideas and have our expert jewelers bring them to life. Whether they bring in photos from magazines, printouts from the internet, or drawings on a napkin, we have worked with all of them in the same way.

First, we draw either by hand or use a cad cam computer program to make sketches of what the item will look like. After the sketch is approved by the client, we make a wax model of the piece. This wax gives an idea of what it will look like. If changes are requested, it is no problem to adjust and modify the wax. Once the piece is made into metal, these changes can be much more difficult or impossible to make.



Lastly, our jewelers cast the jewelry into metal and build it. Many clients come in to see the casting even before it is finished. We enjoy keeping the client involved as much as they like throughout the process. This ensures we create a beautiful keepsake that is just what they were wishing for and will enjoy a lifetime.
